ADMISSION

Regular admission is accepted only at the start of the new session in April. However, registration of student for admission begins from October. Subject to change. A student seeking admission to Class I must have attained the age of 5 years on or before 1st April of the year in which the admission is sought. A corresponding age limit may be calculated for other Classes.

ADMISSION PROCESS

The duly completed Registration Form must be submitted to the School office on or before the last date stipulated.

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

The duly completed Registration Form must be submitted to the School office on or before the last date stipulated along with a certified true copy of the child’s birth certificate & Aadhar Card

ASSESSMENT TEST AND INTERACTION WITH PARENTS

Parents will be intimated about the date and time of the Assessment Test and Interaction. Every effort is made to ensure that the Admission Tests are as free from stress and anxiety as possible.

ADMISSION DECISION

Decisions regarding admission will be conveyed to parents within 3 days of the test. The decision for the Admission Committee shall be final and no correspondence or discussion on the matter will be entertained.

ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION

Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the following within the specified deadline:

  1. a) Fees
  2. b) One certified true copy of the Birth Certificate
  3. c) One certified true copy parents’ and child’s Aadhar card.
  4. d) 2 Passport size photograph of child and parents.
  5. e) Original Transfer Certificate from the School last attended, if applicable.
  6. f) One certified true copy of the last attended School Report, if applicable.

FEE SCHEDULE

  • Admission Fee and Security Deposit: A non-refundable Admission Fee and a refundable Security Deposit are payable at the time of admission. Details of other fees are provided at the time of admission.
  • In addition to the fees mentioned, parents are required to meet the expenses of books, school uniform, school bus service (if availed), educational tours and excursions, fees for Public/Board Examinations and any other requirement in connection with their child's education at the school.
  • The fees are payable bi-monthly in six installments along with the annual fee on or before the 15th of April, June, August, October, December and February. A late fee is charged in case of payment after the due date.
  • All the fees are to be paid by cash or by way of demand draft drawn in favour of Swami Hariharanand Public School (payable at Delhi )
  • The Security deposit will be refunded without interest on completion of the child's studies after adjustment of dues (If any) including School Fees, damaged to, or loss of, library books, laboratory equipment, computer facilities and other equipments or assets of the School.
  • Under no circumstances will the fee paid to the School be refunded.
  • The fee schedule is subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of the Swami Hariharanand Public School management.

STUDENT PORTAL

Books and Notebook list – You can check the book and notebook list from the ERP student portal by logging in your student account.
The school has a parent/student portal. The URL for the portal is https://shpsdelhiportal.radicallogix.com.

To login the portal you will need username and password.
Username – STXXXXXXX (ST followed by student id, this ID is given on the I-Card of the child)
Password – It needs to be generated with OTP and then can be created on the first-time login.
